Returns
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind conditions. All sales are final.

Return shipping: You will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping

Damaged items: If your item arrived damaged, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item with photographic evidence. We will assess the issue and, if applicable, provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. If this timeframe has passed, we are unable to accept the return.

Approval: If your request for a refund or exchange due to a damaged item is approved, we will process a refund to the original payment method within 5 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Exchanges: We only replace items if they are damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange a damaged item for the same product, please contact us at info@hydrowisp.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

Cancellations: Cancellations can be considered only if the order has not yet been dispatched by our warehouse. Please note that a 10% restocking fee will apply to cover administrative and handling costs.
